We have multiple Med Surg & ER RN needs in Panama City, Florida.
Schedule
- Mixed shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Shift differential: $4.00 per hour for night shifts
Pay
- Competitive compensation: $30 – $48 per hour
- Sign-on bonus for RNs with 2+ years of experience (case-by-case basis)
- Relocation bonus: $2,000 – $5,000 (case-by-case basis)

Requirements
- Current Florida RN license or compact RN license
- 1 year of experience in any hospital specialty (ICU, PCU, or ER preferred)
- Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; ASN considered with solid experience
- BLS and/or other specialty-required certifications
Responsibilities
- Work in departments with varying bed counts depending on location
- Maintain proper patient ratios
- Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Perform duties requiring frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds
