Requirements
- 5-7 years of (mid-level/senior-level) experience with International NGOs in emergency relief, rehabilitation and transition programming especially in fragile contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a field related to humanitarian leadership, international development, business administration, economics, rural development or similar.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the implementation of multi-sectoral emergency response projects.
- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to take calculated mitigated risks.
- Experience in leading a multi-cultural team of professionals.
