Emergency Response Officer

About the role

The Emergency Response Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, including access control and patrolling various locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Primary location is Ashland, WI.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests
• Utilize technology devices throughout the shift
• Conduct tours of the property
• Travel, hotel stays, and mileage paid when applicable
• Per diem for meals
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Willing to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation
