Position Summary
The Emergency Response Coordinator (E.R.C.) is first on the scene when there is a fire or flooding. This role involves securing the property, cleaning and drying, content restoration, and rebuilding. The E.R.C. works closely with property owners, whether homeowners, facilities managers, or representatives from management companies, to guide them through the restoration process.
Essential Functions
- Interact with both commercial and residential property owners
- Work in a high-stress, high-adrenaline environment
- Close sales to property owners after a fire or flood
- Be available 24/7 to respond to emergencies
Experience and Skill Requirements
- At least one year of outside sales and cold calling experience
- Empathy to counsel property owners through trauma
- Ability to close sales quickly and effectively

- Base salary plus a lucrative commission program
