Emergency/Outpatient RN- Full Time- Night Shift

Full-time RN position in the Emergency/Outpatient Department, night shift. Applicants must be positive, team-oriented, and eager to deliver excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional care to patients within scope of practice.
• Cares for outpatients as well as patients that present to the Emergency Department.
• Integrates policies, procedures, standards, and healthcare provider orders to carry out quality patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as an RN in the State of Iowa or a compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment.
• PALS and TNCC certifications required within one year.
• At least one year of experience as an RN; Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and health assessment including applicable vaccinations prior to hire.

Schedule

• Night shift: 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• Every 3rd weekend.
• 72 hours per pay period.
• Includes participation in a holiday rotation.
