Emergency Medicine Physician - (W2 and 1099 Options)

Schedule

• Full-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
• Mid-level support during peak hours.

Pay Summary

• W2 Employee Option (Living in the Community):

  • Base Compensation: $250/hr.
  • Quality Bonus: $10/hr (paid quarterly).
  • Annualized: Approximately $561,600 based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years).

• 1099 Independent Contractor Option (Living In The Community):

  • Base Compensation: $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (paid quarterly).
  • Annualized: Approximately $615,600 based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years).

Qualifications

• Years Of Experience: FM/IM with extensive emergency medicine experience (at least 3 years with 250 case logs within the past year).
• Education: ABEM certification preferred.
• Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.
• Persönality Factors: Compassionate, adaptable, and skilled in handling diverse medical conditions.
• Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
