About the Role
Lead patient care at a Level 3 trauma hospital with a 21-bed Emergency Department. Provide clinical services across various shifts in a fast-paced emergency environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to floor codes, including neonatal resuscitation.
- Perform bedside ultrasound and coordinate with specialty services such as anesthesiology, cardiology, OB/GYN, and podiatry.
- Conduct in-house CT, ultrasound, and MRI on call at night.
- Collaborate with care teams across Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Critical Care to ensure seamless patient transitions and improved outcomes.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency preferred; ABEM or AOBEM certification.
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board certification with significant emergency experience considered.
- Required certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS, ATLS.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Strong clinical judgment.

- Teamwork and adaptability in a high-pressure setting.
Schedule
9-hour shifts with full-time coverage, including day, evening, and night shifts, totaling 120 hours per month.
