Emergency Medicine Physician - Locum

About the role

This role involves providing emergency department coverage in a fast-paced setting, performing procedures such as central lines and intubations, and managing emergency cases to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency medicine procedures including central lines and intubations
• Manage emergency cases and provide high-quality patient care
• Submit assignment details via an online portal
• Maintain 24-hour access to a dedicated consultant

Schedule

• Work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Average of 8-10 shifts per month
• See 20-25 patients per shift

Requirements

• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Board certification in emergency medicine
• Strong emergency medicine skills
