About the role

Join a physician-owned partnership as an Emergency Medicine Physician, providing autonomous and community-focused care across a four-hospital system in California.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to a busy patient volume, approximately 150–170 patients daily.
• Participate in a robust call panel with flexible scheduling and care protection.
• Potential involvement in academic settings with current residents.
• Cross-credentialing at multiple hospital sites within the system.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians with Emergency Medicine experience considered.
• Licensure in California is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, clinical judgment, and adaptability skills.
