Emergency Medicine Physician - Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine physician to join a hospital in Show Low, Arizona. The role involves providing emergency care in a 36-bed Emergency Department with approximately 29,000 patient visits annually. The position offers a supportive clinical environment with strong specialty backup and a wide range of services uncommon in rural areas. Compensation ranges from $270-$290 per hour as a W-2 employee, with a sign-on bonus of $20,000 and eligibility for annual bonuses. The schedule offers flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a focus on work-life balance. Both full-time and part-time options are available, with full-time defined as 120 hours per month.
