About the Role

Part-time Emergency Medicine Physician position in Warwick, RI with a national wound physician group. This role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities.

Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. You will utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities while learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. We provide physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to ensure clinical excellence.

Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a routine 45-hour work week for full-time positions. This role is mobile, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in wound management through training and mentorship.
• Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at assigned facilities.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Document clinical care in real-time during rounds using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM), 4–5 days per week.
• Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week (weekdays only).
• No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
