About the role

HCA Houston Healthcare ER 24/7 (Willowbrook), a freestanding emergency department, is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine physician to join our team in Houston, Texas. The facility handles approximately 7,000 annual visits, offers 12- or 24-hour shifts, and operates a 12-bed emergency department seeing about 20 patients per day with low EMS volume, using Meditech EMR. Located at 22475 Tomball Pkwy, Houston, TX 77070, it serves Houston and surrounding areas as part of HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake. As a full-service emergency center, it provides fast and convenient emergency care for patients of all ages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. The center is staffed by board‑certified physicians and specially trained emergency nursing staff, equipped with hospital‑grade diagnostic imaging and on‑site laboratory services, and treats a wide range of acute conditions from allergic reactions and broken bones to chest pain and serious infections. HCA Houston ER 24/7 operates 14 freestanding locations from Conroe to Texas City, accepts most major medical insurances, and is part of the HCA Houston Healthcare system. Responsibilities

• Provide fast and convenient emergency care services for patients of all ages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
• Treat a wide range of acute medical conditions, including allergic reactions, broken bones, chest pain, and serious infections.

Requirements

• BC/BE residency trained in emergency medicine.
• Family Practice providers with Emergency Medicine experience are also accepted.
• Certifications in ATLS, ACLS, and PALS if not Emergency Medicine boarded.
