Emergency Medicine Physician

About the Role

Provide emergency medical care to approximately 28,000 patients annually, covering shifts from 6a-6p and 6p-6a. Collaborate with NP/PA coverage for about 16 hours per day. Utilize electronic medical records and support backup specialties as needed to ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent and emergent care to patients.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Handle high patient volume efficiently while ensuring quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Required certifications: ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.
• Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours long, covering 6a-6p and 6p-6a.
