About the role

The Emergency Medicine Physician Associate will provide clinical coverage during day and night shifts at this on-site emergency department in New York.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage emergency department presentations across all age groups while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Maintain proficiency with the Epic EMR system.
• Provide coverage on various shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Manage moderate sedation procedures.

Requirements

• Board certification required.
• Prescriptive authority required.
