About the role
EM Alliance is recruiting Physician Assistants for two hospital‑based Emergency Departments in Southern California: Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital. This is a full‑time W2 position offering a collaborative team environment focused on high‑quality emergency care and community partnerships, with a competitive base plus bonus compensation structure. The facilities are accredited acute care centers (Inland Valley Hospital – a trauma center with a new seven‑story tower expanding to 202 beds; Rancho Springs Hospital – a 120‑bed hospital with the region’s only OB/Emergency Department program, Pediatric Emergency Services, and a NICU operated by Rady Children’s), both part of Southwest Healthcare (a UHS subsidiary) and Joint Commission‑accredited.
Responsibilities
Physician Assistants will see all patient types in the ED, with the following exclusions: trauma activations, code strokes, pregnant patients over 20 weeks, and SART patients.
Requirements
Urgent care or emergency‑room experience will be considered.
Pay
Base plus bonus compensation; current APPs at these sites earn an all‑in rate of $94–$116 per hour.

Schedule
10‑hour shifts; the schedule blends night shifts (6 pm–4 am) and mid shifts (1 pm–midnight), with approximately three PA shifts per day at each site.
