About the Role

Join Wake Forest Emergency Providers as an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) in Monroe, North Carolina—part of Advocate Health, one of the largest nonprofit integrated health systems in the country. Wake Forest Emergency Providers, affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest School of Medicine, delivers high-quality emergency care across Hospital Emergency Departments and Free-Standing Emergency Departments throughout the Greater Charlotte Market and Central and Northwest North Carolina.

Atrium Health has 24-hour emergency services throughout the Charlotte region and parts of South Carolina. In addition to emergency departments that treat all ages, we have three pediatric emergency locations and the only free-standing psychiatric unit in the Charlotte region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative work with ED physicians seeing patients of all acuity levels.
• Rotate through all shift times and locations, including Atrium Union, Union West, Waxhaw, and Providence EDs.

Requirements

• Must have NC PA/NP license (NPs must be ENP boarded or eligible).
• BLS and ACLS certification before starting.
