Expanding Emergency Medicine department.
Position Overview
Specialty: Emergency Medicine with a case mix primarily consisting of adult and geriatric patients. The facility features a 9-room Emergency Department using Epic EMR. You will report to Karissa Pinkerman, Senior Director of Ambulatory Operations & Strategy, and work within a 6-physician EM group that includes APP coverage during peak hours.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure (or active eligibility)
Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary: $270,000 + production-based earnings
- Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary
- Sign-On / Relocation: $5,000–$20,000 combined (negotiable)
- Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years (negotiable education loan forgiveness options available)

Time Off
- 7 weeks total annual time off (6 weeks vacation + 1 week CME)
- CME allowance: $3,000 annually
Schedule
12-hour shifts, approximately 12 shifts per month.
