About the role

As our Emergency Medicine APP you will join a respected, well-established team at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, playing a vital role in our fast-paced, dynamic emergency department. You will be empowered to practice at the top of your license, managing a diverse patient population ranging from urgent care needs to acute life-saving emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions
• Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain precise clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with experienced physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes
• Work a 12-hour shift-based model with no call requirements
• Provide essential care to the Dickinson community

Requirements

• Successful completion of an NP or PA degree program
• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible

Qualifications

• Board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Pay

Competitive base salary of $136,677–$151,065 per year.
