Facility Details

• Level II, nonprofit hospital with 238 total beds and 44 ED beds
• Annual volume of 69,000 with a 22% admit rate
• Average of 90 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APC coverage daily
• High acuity levels with an average of 2.1 patients per hour
• Physicians respond to floor codes and assist APCs in fast track during all shifts
• Full specialty support teams available for support and consultations
• Uses EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot AI

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in the emergency department
• Collaborate with physicians and specialty support teams
• Maintain strong communication within a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Board-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Emergency medicine experience required

Compensation

• Estimated all-in base salary range of $86 to $111 hourly, which includes hourly rate plus RVU incentive plan averaged over the last 12 months as a W-2 clinician
• New grads: 60-day orientation at ½ regular rate before moving to standard rate
• Sign-on bonus available
