Emergency Medical Services Specialist
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: maybe "Our Promise To You" and "Joining AdventHealth...". That's about the role? Could be "About the role". We'll include that as a section. - Responsibilities: The job description bullet list: "Establishes and nurtures relationships..." etc. That's responsibilities. - Requirements: Could combine Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities, Education, Work Experience, Licenses And Certifications, Physical Requirements? But we have separate headings allowed: Skills, Qualifications, Requirements. We need to decide mapping. We have "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" list - that's Skills. We have "Education" - could be Qualifications. We have "Work Experience" - could be Requirements (or Qualifications). We'll treat as Requirements. We have "Licenses And Certifications" - could be Requirements as well. We have "Physical Requirements" - could be Requirements. We have "Pay Range" - Pay section. We have "Schedule" - Schedule section. We have "Benefits" - Benefits section. We have "Address" maybe not needed as heading; could be in a short p under About the role or separate? The instruction: do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Address is minor metadata; we can include in a short p maybe under About the role or separate? Probably include as a short p after About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the bullet points exactly as given (maybe rephrase? Must preserve all substantive information; we can keep them as list items). We should not omit any bullet. We need to remove boilerplate: "Our Promise To You Joining AdventHealth is about being part of something bigger..." That's substantive? It's about mission; keep. We need to remove "Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)" maybe not required? It's substantive? It's about background screening; but it's not in allowed headings; we could fold into a short p maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction: do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Background screening maybe minor? Could be included as a p. Also "This facility is an equal opportunity employer..." is boilerplate EEO; remove. Also "Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements)Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/23km2677" We need to keep the link? It's substantive? It's a link to physical requirements. We can keep as a p with the link. We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now structure:
About the role
Our Promise To You Joining AdventHealth is about being part of something bigger. It’s about belonging to a community that believes in the wholeness of each person, and serves to uplift others in body, mind and spirit. AdventHealth is a place where you can thrive professionally, and grow spiritually, by Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ. Where you will be valued for who you are and the unique experiences you bring to our purpose-minded team. All while understanding that together we are even better.
All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Paid Time Off from Day One 403-B Retirement Plan 4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave Career Development Whole Person Well-being Resources Mental Health Resources and Support Pet Benefits Schedule Full time Shift Day (United States of America) Address 3100 E FLETCHER AVE City TAMPA State Florida Postal Code 33613
But we need separate Benefits section later; maybe we should not duplicate benefits here. The "All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family:" is a benefits list; we should move that to Benefits section. So we should not include that in About the role. Instead, About the role just the mission statement. Thus:About the role

Then we have Address line maybe as a short p after About the role? Could be separate but not heading. We'll include a p with address.Address: 3100 E FLETCHER AVE, TAMPA, Florida 33613

Now Schedule:Schedule
Full time Shift Day (United States of America) Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday Days, (occasional evening, weekends)
We also have "Serving Pasco County Field Based Role" maybe part of responsibilities? Could be included in responsibilities as a bullet? It's a line before responsibilities: "ParamedicSchedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday Days, (occasional evening, weekends)Serving Pasco County Field Based Role". Actually the posting: "ParamedicSchedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday Days, (occasional evening, weekends)Serving Pasco County Field Based Role". That seems like a description of the role. We could include that as a short p under About the role or separate? Since we already have About the role mission
