Responsibilities

• Coordinates emergent and non-emergent requests for Mayo Clinic Florida Medical Transport services, including interfacility ambulance transports, flight team escorts, organ transport operations, and community paramedicine visits.
• Manages and triages incoming requests via phone, radio, and digital platforms to ensure timely, appropriate dispatch of ambulance resources.
• May also require the delivery of 911
