Emergency Dept Lead RN - Milford Regional - 40 hours, Evenings

Major Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to staff, including scheduling, staffing, and patient care assignments.
• Serve as a clinical expert and resource; assist with orientation and staff development.
• Promote quality patient care and staff satisfaction through effective communication and resource management.
• Cookordination and delivery of patient care; supervision of nursing staff and informing leadership of issues.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Foster a professional environment that encourages open communication and continuous learning.

Position Qualifications

• Licenses/Certifications/Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Current RN License in Massachusetts. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. BSN preferred.
• Experience/Skills: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in current specialty. Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and conflict management skills. Charge or leadership experience preferred.
