Emergency Department Technician I

Qualifications

• High School/GED
• CPR Certification through the American Heart Association
• Preferrably PBT Certification
• Completion of formal structured phlebotomy program OR 3 months’ full-time phlebotomy experience or equivalent
• Experience working with an electronic medical record system, such as Epic

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

• Positive, professional attitude and demeanor

Pay

Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. Expected pay for this position is $18.98 - $22.34/hour.
