About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care by conducting assessments, examinations, and treatments to ensure personalized and effective medical services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, examinations, and treatments to deliver personalized patient care.
• Analyze patient data to guide treatment plans and implement medical interventions.
• Support patient safety through adherence to established protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate communication and coordinate care.
• Seek guidance from senior professionals for complex cases.
• Support patient care activities and assist in complex healthcare situations to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Preference for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical specialty recognized by national nursing organizations.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS (CPR) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA.
