About the Role

The Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by conducting assessments, treatments, and supporting data analysis to guide medical decisions. They assist in implementing medical interventions, ensure adherence to protocols, and promote patient safety. The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate care and seeking guidance from senior professionals for complex cases.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• At least 1 year of RN experience, including a clinical specialty.
• Valid North Carolina or Compact state RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
