Emergency Department Nurse Residency

Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center emergency department. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and hospital policies. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited RN program. Current RN license (state or compact) and BLS certification required.
