About the role

Emergency Animal Hospital of Ellicott City (ECEAH) in Ellicott City, MD (30 minutes outside of Baltimore and 1 hour outside of Washington D.C.) is seeking a full time or part time emergency veterinarian to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Treat canine and feline patients on an emergency basis
• See exotic species for both general practice and emergency care
• Work collaboratively with a skilled and experienced team of doctors and support staff
• Keep up to date on new developments in veterinary medicine

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA accredited university upon hire
• Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
• Active Veterinary State License upon hire

Qualifications

• Possess excellent medical and surgical skills
• Be a team player and excellent communicator
