EMDR Therapist — LICSW

Founder: Sherly Millan, LICSW (MA) — EMDR trained, EMDRIA member, bilingual English/Spanish. Practice serves trauma, anxiety, depression, intergenerational and immigration-related concerns across Massachusetts.

About the role

• 100% telehealth across Massachusetts via HIPAA-secure video — no commute, no shared office, no parking.
• Populations: full lifespan — children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and older adults.
• Caseload routing tailored to your training, age-group experience, and language fit.
• 16–24 client hours/week target with flexible scheduling — set your own hours within the week.

Compensation

• Paid W-2 role with bi-weekly payroll and workers' comp covered.

• Layer-1 malpractice coverage under the practice policy.

Requirements

• Massachusetts-licensed LICSW with an active, unrestricted license.
• EMDR Basic Training (full Part 1 + Part 2, 8-phase protocol) completed from an EMDRIA-approved training provider — ready to share your training certificate.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Individual NPI (Type 1).
• Layer-2 personal malpractice insurance (~$90–$200/yr through CPH or NASW Assurance).
• Current HIPAA training.
• Ability to be credentialed with commercial payers.
