About the role

Lifebulb Counseling & Therapy is one of the fastest-growing outpatient mental-health practices in the country. We are a mission-driven, clinician-first organization dedicated to helping people grow toward a brighter future. This is a W2 employee position with ongoing support, training, and administrative resources. You will provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed
• Uphold Lifebulb’s mission, values, and standards of care

Requirements

• Active state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• EMDR Certified
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
• Dedication to providing ethical, effective, evidence-based care

Nice to have

• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Comfort working independently with remote support

Pay

$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
