EMDR Clinical Therapist

About the role

This role requires that you are EMDR trained. At SOL Mental Health, you’ll be part of a collaborative, clinician-centered team with the structure, support, and tools to do your best work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

Requirements

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
