Embedded Software Test Engineer

Job Summary

Motivated, hardworking individual to develop embedded software automated testing &/OR manual testing for our Sleep & Respiratory Care sleep and vent solutions. It's a bonus for candidates to have C# or test automation experience for this role, but not required.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience in medical device industry.
• Experience in requirements analysis, test development, test execution, defect management.
• Works under close supervision on segments of a project or very small projects.
• Able to provide solutions using standard techniques and can provide alternatives.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Understands basics of business operation.
• Displays ability to communicate effectively.
• Limited experience in applying engineering skills.
• Applies standard techniques to common problems.
• Capable of working on specific assignments in technical area.
• Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team within the department and across departments to help achieve group, department and overall project goals.
• Working to support SW Reverification of DS1 ASV & ST & AVAPS.
