Embedded Software Engineer

What's the Job?

Architect, implement, and maintain high-quality C++ applications for embedded Linux systems, focusing on low-latency and high-performance solutions.

Design and develop Python-based automation frameworks and tooling to optimize test execution, integration, and validation processes.

Build and enhance hardware/software sensor emulators, maintaining and extending existing test assets and validation frameworks.

Integrate embedded software with FPGA-based and ECU hardware over interfaces such as Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and CAN.

Test, troubleshoot, and verify hardware and software components to ensure product quality and reliability through comprehensive verification strategies.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ development, especially in low-latency, high-performance programming in user and kernel space.
• Extensive experience with Linux development, including networking and system-level programming.
• Proficiency in Python, test automation (e.g., Pytest), Git, build systems (e.g., Bazel), and unit testing frameworks (e.g., GTest).
• Hands-on experience with embedded interfaces such as Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and CAN for hardware/software integration testing.
