Embedded NMCI POC

This role supports a Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.

Responsibilities

• Perform NMCI related actions within designated Mission Aligned Group/PMA: ordering, data accuracy, delivery completeness reporting, customer assistance, MAC (Move, Add, Change) implementation, seat management, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between NAVAIR Customer Technical Representative (CTR) Team, Primary Mission Aligned Group/PMA POC, and end users.
• NMCI computer, peripheral and network troubleshooting support.
• Hardware/software ordering.
• Maintain data accuracy in government information technology systems.
• Delivery completeness reporting.
• Customer assistance.
• Move/Add/Change (MAC) submissions.
• Seat management.
• Administrative support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description (mid‑level).
• BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline.
• Previous or current NMCI POC experience.
• Knowledge of the NAVAIR Organization.
• Security+ certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Associate’s Degree + 2 years’ additional work experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• High school diploma or GED and/or relevant technical certification + 4 years’ additional work experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Secret security clearance (must be a US Citizen).
