  • Assist with badge access reviews, visitor management issues, and other physical security tasks.
  • Communicate with on-site security, facilities, workplace teams, and GSOC leadership during active events.
  • Maintain situational awareness and report relevant trends, anomalies, or recurring issues.
  • Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations and shelter-in-place events.

  • Participate in investigations, audits, and other security-related support activities as needed.
  • Help maintain a consistent, professional, and customer-focused security presence.

Who You Are

  • You have experience in physical security operations, GSOC, corporate security, or a related environment.
  • You are comfortable monitoring multiple systems and responding to events in real time.
  • You pay close attention to detail and document incidents accurately.
  • You communicate clearly and work well with both security and non-security stakeholders.
  • You stay calm under pressure and know how to escalate appropriately.
  • You are reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a shift-based or fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in physical security operations, GSOC operations, or corporate/site security.
  • Experience monitoring access control, CCTV, alarm, or incident management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and respond effectively to active incidents.
  • Good judgment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a corporate office, workplace, or global operations environment.
  • Familiarity with visitor management systems, emergency response procedures, and life safety systems.
  • Experience with incident tracking, reporting, or security metrics.
  • Security-related certification such as CPO, CPP, or PSP.
