Embedded Firmware Engineer, Annapurna Labs ML Acceleration Systems Software

About the role

The Machine Learning Server Software Team at Annapurna Labs is seeking candidates to write data-driven software for our Machine Learning servers. Our team builds production software to initialize and monitor the most advanced machine learning acceleration servers in the world. We also develop system software that initializes custom accelerator chips and monitors peripherals using various interfaces like I2C, SPI, PCIe, and others.

Responsibilities

• Develop software (C, C++, Python, Lua) that can be maintained, improved upon, documented, tested, and reused.
• Work with the MLA Hardware, Test, and Manufacturing teams to create a coordinated software package for qualification and rapid deployment.
• Collaborate with the team to find ways to help the organization scale through the use of software and automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
