About the Role

As our Complimentary AM Attendant, you’ll be the morning mood-setter, ensuring guests start their day with a smile and a satisfying meal. You’ll keep the dining area clean, stocked, and organized while preparing food and beverages with care. Your attention to detail and warm hospitality will create a breakfast experience worth waking up for.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, answer questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, and share local attraction tips.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items and specialty beverages (e.g., coffee) while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked service areas that meet brand standards, clear tables quickly, and refresh buffet stations.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve issues with confidence and creative solutions.
• Assist with dishwashing, restocking, and tidying up as needed, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork.
• Handle basic cashiering duties, including processing payments and maintaining transaction records with accuracy.
• Remain energized on your feet, lift and carry items (20–50 lbs.), and move efficiently throughout your shift while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.
