About the role
Responsible for providing financial services to customers in a Spanish-speaking environment. Duties include handling transactions, assisting with account management, and promoting bank products.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Manage customer accounts, provide account information, and assist with account inquiries.
- Promote and sell bank products and services to customers.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
Qualifications
- Spanish language fluency required.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
