EMB Multi-Machine Operator

About the role

BSN Sports, a Varsity Brands Company, is the recognized leader in team athletic gear. This position is available at McClellan Park, CA 95652, with full-time, on-site positions from Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English
• Communicate effectively in meetings, discussions, and presentations
• Inspect all products for accuracy of order specifications
• Troubleshoot any issues with machines as needed
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Execute the daily schedule, including pre-production and post-production needs
• Work seasonal mandatory overtime as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or similar experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment
