About the Role

Join our PharMerica team as an eMAR Implementation Consultant. This remote role manages eMAR system integrations by coordinating schedules and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year or more experience working with third-party eMAR/EHR systems, implementing integration projects, or providing technical product support. Customer service is a key focus. You may live anywhere within the Continental USA.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the implementation of eMAR integrations, developing timelines and working with key stakeholders and external eMAR vendors to ensure successful integration using AS/400 and/or Framework applications.
  • Completes required implementation, validation checklists, and documentation for new interfaces.
  • Reviews and coordinates implementation components and timelines with customers, vendors, technology, and support teams to align with pharmacy operating procedures.
  • Identifies and prioritizes issues, documenting and communicating them to leadership.
  • Coordinates in-services, training, and audits in accordance with guidelines and best practices.
  • Provides eMAR integration product support to new and existing customers related to the implementation and integration process.
  • Consults with internal teams, partner companies, customers, and third-party system vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Remotely accesses workstations/applications to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Provides post-implementation and ongoing eMAR/EHR interface integration support, working independently with customers for successful resolution.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year or more experience working with third-party eMAR/EHR systems, implementing integration projects, or providing technical product support.
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and channels simultaneously.

Qualifications

Desired Experience:

  • Preferred experience or working knowledge of one or more of the following products: PointClickCare, QuickMAR, Yardi, Eldermark.
  • Experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Microsoft Project, Online Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms.
  • Experience or working knowledge of AS/400 and/or Framework applications.

Skills

  • Ability to professionally communicate contracted customer goals and directives to team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Technologically savvy with intermediate or above computer skills in Microsoft OS, Office applications, Power Automate, Forms, AS/400, and Framework.
  • Creative problem-solving to deliver integrations across a wide variety of systems.
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables to ensure successful integrations on time and within scope.
  • Field support requests and manage problem resolution documentation and ticketing systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
