Email System Designer (Freelance)

Responsibilities

• Architect a modular, accessible email component library in Figma to scale lifecycle marketing journeys across diverse audience segments.
• Standardize desktop and mobile layouts using controlled flex components to elevate visual consistency and drive engagement.
• Author comprehensive documentation and design system guidelines to streamline seamless production handoffs for external agency partners.
• Partner with CRM leaders and copywriters to integrate brand systems into scalable, multi-channel email campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of specialized digital design experience with an emphasis on lifecycle, CRM, and email marketing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a proven track record of building reusable, responsive component systems.
• Demonstrated success designing within established brand guidelines while adhering to responsive and accessibility design standards.
• Strong collaborative expertise partnering directly with cross-functional CRM stakeholders, copywriters, and external marketing agencies.
