Support marketing and public-relations strategy, campaigns, content, brand storytelling, creative execution, client service, and performance insight, with particular attention to campaign execution. Responsibilities

• Use Creative Coordination and Approval Tracking confidently in email marketing execution.
• Apply PR Campaign Support while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines tied to email marketing execution.
• Document Digital Marketing decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning behind execution choices.
• Exercise sound judgment in Email Marketing, escalating issues when needed instead of making assumptions.
• Track, own, coordinate, review, and maintain the Email Marketing Specialist workflow by:
  • Helping the team coordinate campaign or content deliverables.
  • Reviewing assets and copy against the current brief.
  • Tracking approvals and publishing deadlines.
  • Monitoring relevant performance signals.
  • Documenting lessons to improve future campaign cycles.

Pay

Base salary: $44,000–$66,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
