Responsibilities

• Drive impactful email campaigns across the customer lifecycle, supporting coaching memberships, event attendance, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to advance shared business goals.
• Execute email campaigns that reach the right audience at the right time.
• Maintain accurate and effective email nurture journeys that support customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyze campaign performance, report results, and use data to recommend improvements to future campaigns.
• Ensure email campaigns follow regulatory requirements and organizational best practices through regular testing and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience managing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Technical experience working with HTML, CSS, and an email service provider (ESP) to build, test, and deploy email campaigns.
• Experience developing audience segmentation, email nurture journeys, and A/B tests that improve campaign performance.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Enjoy collaborating with marketers and other cross-functional partners to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Pay

Range depends on skill level and overall experience and includes profit sharing + benefits.

Schedule

All team members work on-site under the same roof. Flexible work schedules are offered to accommodate appointments, family obligations, and other needs.

Every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk). The campus includes quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas.
