About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email automation tools, audience segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and lead nurturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Design and manage email workflows, drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Segment email databases and personalize campaigns for targeted audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update email subscriber lists while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop engaging email content.
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
  • Track marketing automation performance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Generate regular reports and present campaign results to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with lead nurturing and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C email marketing environments.
