- Reconcile email marketing tasks with issue resolution, ensuring each checkpoint within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Coordinate documentation and status tracking for email marketing initiatives, maintaining clarity in source, ownership, and progress.
- Review case management with deadline oversight, ensuring all email marketing activities are traceable and unresolved items have clear ownership.
- Document processes and generate reports to maintain transparency and accountability in email marketing workflows.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
