Email Developer + Email design

Duties

• Create and execute engaging customer-facing and internal digital campaigns.
• Design, build, test, and deploy responsive email campaigns and microsites.
• Develop dynamic, personalized communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AMPScript.
• Perform end-to-end campaign development, including coding, QA, and UAT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective digital experiences.
• Support creative asset development including email templates, banner ads, landing pages, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to email development best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of email development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AMPScript (required).
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience building responsive emails and front-end digital experiences.
• Experience with Bootstrap.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design, layout design, photo retouching, and digital asset creation.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, testing, and optimization.
• Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and design trends.
