Email Copywriter

Job Description

Position Objective: Develop compelling, on-brand copy for customer-facing email and transactional communications that support See’s Candies’ brand vision, marketing strategies, and business goals. This role focuses on crafting strategic messaging that drives engagement and conversion while maintaining brand standards and meeting deadlines with precision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an email copywriter in an in-house retail or agency environment
• A portfolio showcasing strong copywriting skills, particularly in email
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a positive, solutions-oriented approach to change
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Mac OS and tools including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Figma, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with project management tools is a plus

Pay

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,000 - $77,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
