Email automation Engineer

About the role

The customer is looking for a strong hands-on architect who can design and build large-scale email automation solutions, regardless of the platform (such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, etc.). The role focuses on architecture, design, and technical leadership, establishing the foundation and defining the overall solution blueprint, and later integrating components within Apple's environment with Wipro and Infosec teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale email automation solutions across platforms (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect).
• Apply deep expertise in event-driven architecture, email classification, attribute extraction, and routing frameworks.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and CX platforms.
• Establish the foundation and define the overall solution blueprint.
• Collaborate with Wipro and Infosec teams to integrate required components within Apple's environment.
• Build an end-to-end email automation architecture capable of reading and processing high-volume emails from enterprise mail servers (e.g., Apple Mail).

Requirements

• Strong hands-on architect experience with large-scale email automation solutions.
• Deep expertise in event-driven architecture, email classification, attribute extraction, and routing frameworks.
• Ability to integrate solutions with enterprise systems and CX platforms.
• Experience in architecture, design, and technical leadership (not limited to using existing components).
• Ability to combine domain knowledge and technology to define solution blueprints.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Wipro, Infosec) in enterprise environments.
• Capability to build end-to-end email automation architectures handling high-volume email processing from enterprise mail servers.
