About the role

Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the Extended Learning Program (ELP) after-school program during before and after school hours.

Responsibilities

• Develops daily programming and routines in collaboration with the ELP Site Worker to standardize processes used at their designated school site, including activities and the safety and well-being of all children while on school site grounds.
• Oversees data entry for Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE).
• Ensures program compliance with all applicable District policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and standards of quality and safety.
• Establishes processes to maintain program records.

Requirements

• At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Minimum education level: High school diploma.
• Childcare experience is preferred.
