ELP Site Supervisor-Non Certified

About the role

Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the Extended Learning Program (ELP) after-school program during before and after school hours. Develops daily programming and routines in collaboration with the ELP Site Worker to standardize processes at their designated school site, including activities and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children on school grounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ELP Site Worker to oversee data entry for the Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE).
• Ensure program compliance with all applicable District policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and standards of quality and safety.
• Establish processes to maintain program records.

Requirements

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• High school diploma (required).
• Childcare experience (preferred).
