Join our growing team as we staff up locations in South Brunswick, Piscataway & Old Bridge! We are hiring therapists from all walks of life, at all experience levels, from pre-licensed clinicians to fully licensed therapists with board approved clinical supervision credentials. Our goal is simple: we do our best to take care of you, and you do yours to take care of your clients.

Requirements

• LAC, LSW, or LAMFT licensure
• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university
• Availability during peak hours: 3 PM – 9 PM on weekdays or weekends (Saturday/Sunday)

We provide a flexible work schedule, but expect therapists to proactively balance client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults
• Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools
• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose behavioral health issues, create and implement treatment plans
• Complete ongoing documentation including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
